The MX4 microphone cable is designed to achieve the perfect transmission of audio signals for all critical studio and stage applications. It features high-strand count quad oxygen-free copper conductors, which can cancel up to 15 dB (about 97%) more noise than even the best twisted pair of (2 conductor) cables. Each set of conductors is sealed in an audiophile-grade, low loss polyethylene insulator to maintain the accuracy of the original signal. The bandwidth is uniform and phase coherent, providing midrange clarity and clear passage of low frequencies. A copper braid shield is added for additional RFI and EMI noise rejection. Silver solder compound is used to assemble high quality audiophile XLR connectors to each end. Using silver solder in the assembly process assures maximum conductivity at all contact points.
